All vehicle rentals are governed by a Rental Agreement presented at the time of booking confirmation or vehicle pickup. This document outlines specific terms, conditions, insurance information, charges, and your responsibilities for the rental period. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will prevail.

7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Uses of Rental Vehicle
- The vehicle must not be used for any illegal activities or purposes. This includes racing, rallying, off-roading, or engaging in other dangerous behaviors. Transporting hazardous materials is prohibited. Sub-letting the vehicle or allowing unauthorized drivers is not permitted. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. The vehicle should only be used for its intended purpose, and adherence to passenger and weight limits is required. Operating outside the agreed geographical area without authorization is not allowed.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and extra fees.
Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire Stockport is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims will not exceed the total amount paid for rentals in the previous 12 months. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence or fraud.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
